The best place to find used Toyota Harrier for sale would be at the auctions or from the second hand dealers who have the opportunity to handle such vehicles on behalf of their clients and or customers. Most of the Japanese car dealers provide these state of the art cars at affordably cheap rates. To say that Japanese love their cars might be an understatement. This is the only place in the world where used Toyota Harrier for sale can be sold while still relatively new. After three years or ownership, most car owners discard their cars for the next better car. Their law also discourages from driving cars that are too old.

I want to believe that these cars share mostly the same kind of features, even though through a lot of generation change, the Toyota Harrier has a newer model than its sister the Nissan Pathfinder. Harriers are state of the art cars and come with relatively many features. Some of these notable ones include power steering, leather seats, TV, CD changer, Navigator and mountain mode amongst others. The two vehicles are made to withstand even the highest terrain. Their fuel consumption is nearly the same even though the Nissan Pathfinder is tougher than its sister the Toyota Harrier. The Nissan Pathfinder is a travelling car.

Nissan Pathfinder is an off-road vehicle and can be found literally anywhere in the world. It has gone a thorough update over the last few years and does not look like the first ever pathfinder to have hit the roads. Others refer to it as a mini-truck turned into a SUV. This is yet to be proved. But it definitely dos not in any real sense behave as a normal regular passenger car. None-the-less, the harrier has one of the newest models. The Toyota Harrier is also a SUV. Its beauty is breath-taking and has been Toyota’s most sold car. It is available both in 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive. This is definitely is a passenger car and from the interior and its feel on the road one can say so.

Nissan has been famous for the manufacturing and selling of trucks worldwide for many decades. It has manufactured various trucks and its new model in the industry is the Nissan Frontier which is a big hit too in the market because of its versatile functions, reasonable price and perfect size.

Nissan frontier came up with two versions since its inception. The older version of the Frontier was considered to be less compact and less powerful, whereas, the current version of the same is big, spacious, heavy and can be considered as a mid-sized pick up which is quite easy to operate.

The new Nissan Frontier has a lot of things to offer. Whether you are in need of a model which goes on well balanced on the rough surface, a heavy duty truck for doing the essentials of your business or use it as a cab for your family trips, the features of this truck will give all that you need.

This compact pick up truck has entered into the market with an extended cab or as Nissan termed it, the King Cab which is inclusive of flip-down seats at the back and a 60/40 split-folding bench having a capacity to seat three persons.

The superior performance of the Nissan Frontier is backed by two engines. Firstly, the King Cab S and SV trims that have a standard engine with a force of 152 horsepower and a torque of 171 pound-feet. Both these specifications are supported by 2.5-liter-four-cylinder. Moreover five-speed automatic holds the optional position, whereas, the five-speed manual is made standard. The V6 gusty second engine has the ability to tow up to 6,500 pounds and provides a surprisingly fast acceleration to the Frontier model.

On the safety side, Nissan Frontiers are equipped with the stability control function, antilock disc brakes, airbags of side curtain and the side airbags of the front seat. The Nissan frontier model has also received a “Good” in the tests conducted by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

Overall, the Nissan Frontier is an easy to operate truck and crew cab and is recommended to all those who requires a functions of a truck in a well offered package.

Nissan produces a number of trucks for a number of uses. Buyers purchase as per their own relevant needs. One such truck is the 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. This truck features an excellent voice navigation which is brilliant feature vis-a-vis navigation as it features state-of-the-art voiced recognition technology and also provides real time information on traffic congestion so that driver is able to zigzag his way to his destination, away from high traffic density areas and be able to reach his place on time. Also, with this truck is Nissan Intelligent Key which makes entry and exit into the truck a matter of convenience and style by making it absolutely key-free!

That’s not it, it also features a hands free phone system so that connecting to an incoming emergency call does not hamper with the driving actions at all and the motorist is able to perform both actions simultaneously without any confusion or problem.

For those “forget-fullers” who forget to switch on their headlights and even switch them off after parking their vehicle, the 2011 Nissan pathfinder features headlights that switch on and turn off automatically at the appropriate time, cool isn’t it? Accompanying the headlights are fog lights to show the way during fog and by improving the visibility range of the driver as well as of other vehicles near the truck to save the truck from accidents as well. This feature would be especially helpful in situations such as the recent snowstorm in Europe that led to a widespread disruption of the transport system.

There are many kind of Japanese used trucks. Today, I introduce you The Nissan Terrano.

First Generation

The Nissan Terrano, also known as the Pathfinder in North America. Was first put into production in the latter half of 1986, it came in two body variations and was closely based on the Nissan Hardbody Truck, with many of its parts and the overall styling being based on that trucks design.

The Terrano was built to be Nissan’s answer to the Ford Bronco, Jeep Cherokee, Isuzu Trooper and Its most direct competition, the Toyota 4Runner. Both 2WD and 4WD versions were available. In the US the Terrano came as a two door model until 1990 where it switched to four doors, some 1990 two door versions exist but they are rare.

When Nissan released the four door version of the Terrano, they made the decision to conceal the rear door handles within the C pillar trim, to keep the appearance of a two door truck, with conventional handles at the front. Nissan continues to use this design on some of it current SUV’s, including the Armada and the Xterra.

From 1986 to 1989 the Terrano came with the following engine options; The Nissan VG30i 3.0 L V6 145hp (108 kW), 180lb·ft (244 N·m) torque, or the Nissan Z24 2.4 L 106hp (79 kW) I4.

The V6 engine received an upgrade from standard throttle body injection to a multi point fuel injection system in 1990. Known as the VG30E, it was rated as 153hp (114kW) and had 180lb·ft (244N·m) of torque. The Z24 engine was replaced with the KA24E, which had SEFI fuel injection, forged steel connecting rods, an internally balanced forged steel crankshaft, and a cast aluminium intake manifold. In some countries the option to have a 2.7 litre slant 4 diesel engine called the TD27, with the further option of adding a turbocharger to increase overall power. The first generation came to an end in 1995.

Second Generation

Introduced in 1996, the Second Generation Terrano featured a much rounder body design, removing much of the boxy look of the First Generation. More than just a cosmetic change, the second generation was a complete redesign. Nissan switch to unibody construction, the engine was upgraded to the 168hp, 196 foot pounds of torque VG33E. Also with this upgrade the Terrano grew in size, allowing Nissan to build the more compact Xterra.

Third Generation

In 2005 the Terrano name was dropped from international markets, so now known only as the Pathfinder the 2005 model, makes use of the Nissan F-Alpha platform now the standard for all their SUV’s and trucks. Power is provided by the 4 litre V6 VQ40DE engine, which gives out 270hp at 291 pounds of torque or the 2.5 litre 174hp YD25DDTi turbo diesel.

As to avoid any confusion with Nissan’s 2003 Pathfinder Armada, which although having a similarity in name, is an entirely different truck. The “Pathfinder” portion of the name was dropped in 2005, leaving just the “Armada” which is a better name overall anyway.

The 2005 model also introduced for the first time a third row of seats, making the Pathfinder even more ideal as a people carrier.

If reading this has put you in the frame of mind to buy a Terrano or any other kind of Japanese used truck, then please check out http://www.beforward.jp/ and find yourself a good deal.
